En él se tomaron decisiones tan importantes como la retirada de los restos de Stalin del Mausoleo de Lenin, así como el cambio de nombre de las ciudades dedicadas tanto a Stalin como a políticos de la era estalinista.

The 1st Offset Printing Plant of the Lensovnarkhoz (Leningrad Economic Regional Council) was located near Kronverkskaia and Mir Streets in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).
