Poster Notes: Poster is in French language; André Marty (1886-1956) was a French socialist and a figure in the French Communist Party. He led a mutiny in an attempt to stop the French Navy from acting against the Russian Revolution of 1917. Tried and imprisoned, Marty was released in 1923. This poster pre-dates Marty's release.
