Poster Notes: In 1957, the KPSS was not wholly united. In June, the Anti-Party Group unsuccessfully tried to depose Nikita Khrushchev as First Secretary of the Party. The group was led by former Premiers Georgy Malenkov, Viacheslav Molotov, the former First Deputy Chairman Lazar Kaganovich and the current Foreign Minister Dmitri Shepilov. The group's main complaint was that it rejected Khrushchev's opening of society and his 1956 denunciation of Joseph Stalin.

It was a large printing house founded in 1881 by Theodore Kibbel (Fedor Fyodorovich Kibbel) located at Kronverkskaia and Mir Streets in St. Petersburg, (A.K.A. Petrograd). In the 1950s, the printing house name was changed to the Leningrad Offset Printing Plant.
