Poster Notes: Poem: ‘The worker stands by his machinery, his trusted rifle in his strong hand!' Written on the machine: Workers of all countries, unite! Vseobuch was the U.S.S.R.'s universal training. By decree, all citizens were obligated to receive basic military training even if they did not join the Red Army. Vseobuch was also the administration that managed the training before 1921. The term was also used for pre-inductee training, a mandatory practice after 1925.
