"1. To offer to the Soviet Of The National Commissariat Of The USSR the final calculations of the production output of the national economy for the year 1932 so as to take into consideration the necessary total expansion of the basic branches of the national economy, first of all fuel, industrial metal, and machine production, having in mind total fulfillment of the plan of the first five-year plan within four years, which means by the end of the year 1932"
2. In this regard:
"a). establish the size of capital expenditures in the whole national economy for the year 1932 at 21,000,000,000 rubles versus 13 billion and 100 million real expenses in 1931"
"b). establish the size of capital expenditures in industry (socialistic sector) for the year 1932 at 10,700,000,000 rubles versus 8,200,000,000 rubles in the year 1931. "
"c). establish the size of capital expenditures for agriculture (socialistic sector) for the year 1932 at 4,300,000,000 rubles versus 3,600,000,000 in the year 1931. "
"d). establish the size of capital expenditures on railway, water, ground and air transportation for the year 1932 at 3,330,000,000 rubles versus 2,720,000,000 rubles in 1931. "
e). establish the increase of industrial production for the year 1932 at 30% versus 20-21% real increase in 1931.

Printer Notes: Prior to Soviet nationalization, the 1st Exemplary workshop was the Sharapov-Sytin Partnerhip. Ivan Sytin, a book-publishing magnate, had his printing shop at Valovaia and Piatnitskaia streets in Moscow. Around 1918, Sytin's printing plant and the Royal (state) Print Yard were both nationalized by the Bolsheviks. The Print Yard was transformed into Gosizdat, the State Publishing House. In 1931, the 1st Exemplary Gosizdat printing workshop (formerly Stytin) was placed under the Ogiz (Association of State Book and Magazine Publishers) partnership.
