Mit’ka – The Runaway.

First scene:
Brave Mit'ka the runaway,
The example of a hero,
Finally chose the time,
To run away from the front line.

Second scene:
He ran all day. Night fell.
Wind was blowing strongly.
Mit'ka would like to find
Shelter for the night.
“Auntie! I’m running from the front line…I’m so tired…”
“And where is your rifle?”
“In the snow…I lost it running!”
[Partial translation]
