The 5th Typography was located in Moscow at 21 Little-Moscow Street. According to research found in published works from the 1960s in the Soviet Union, the 5th Typography was likely a contract printer for Sovetskii Khudozhnik (Soviet Artist), a publishing house that served the Artists’ Union of the USSR. In the mid-1970s, the 5th Typography was a contact printer for the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for Publishing, Printing and Book Trade. By the post-Soviet era, the printer became Moscow Printing House No. 5 of the Committee of the Russian Federation on Printing.
