Poster Notes: Vseobuch was the U.S.S.R.'s universal training. By decree, all citizens were obligated to receive basic military training even if they did not join the Red Army. Vseobuch was also the administration that managed the training before 1921. The term was also used for pre-inductee training, a mandatory practice after 1925. The poster was printed for the D.V.R. (Dalnevostochnaia Respublika), the Far Eastern Republic that existed from 1920-1922.
