Poster Notes: Vseobuch was the universal military training carried out during the early Soviet era. By decree, all citizens were obligated to receive basic training even if they did not join the Red Army. Training became mandatory after 1925 and before 1921, Vseobuch managed the training. This poster was printed for the D.V.R. (Dalnevostochnaia Respublika), the Far Eastern Republic, that existed from 1920-1922; design attributed to Dmitrii Melnikov owning to the fact he worked on Vseobuch posters
