Pechatnik (Print Worker) Typolithography was located in Moscow at 26 Khapilovskaia Street (named after the Khapilovka river). The short street is off of the Shcherbakovskia thoroughfare in the Eastern Administrative District of the city.
The Moscow Union of Consumer Societies (Moskovskii Soiuz Potrebitel'nykh Obshchestva), abbreviated as MSPO, was formed in 1897. In 1917, the Soviets reorganized it under an association of unions and also changed its name to the Central Union of Consumer Societies (Tsentrosoiuz). The structure of the union under Soviet control was built territories consisting of a regional union (raisoiuz), a provincial union (gubsoiuz) and a central union (Tsentrosoiuz).
